Refund policy

• Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thovia.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can make it right.
