Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Growth Reflective Journal dated?
No. There's no date field anywhere in the book. Every page carries a prompt at the top and a prompt at the bottom, and nothing about the layout points to a specific night.
How does each page work?
One prompt printed at the top, a different one at the bottom, with the whole page lined in between. Write half a page answering each prompt, write a full page on just one of them, or ignore both and write about your day instead.
Do I have to answer the prompts?
No. They're there if you want them. Skip both and the page works like a plain lined notebook.
What's the gold line running through the middle of the page for?
It marks the halfway point, so it's easy to see how much room is left whether you're splitting the page between the two prompts or writing straight through on just one.
How many pages are there, and how many prompts?
92 pages, two prompts per page, top and bottom, for 184 across the book.
Will my pens bleed through?
It prints on the same 160gsm uncoated paper as the rest of the line, at 96% or higher opacity, and every batch is pen-tested before it ships.
Does it lie flat?
Yes, at 180 degrees. Smyth-sewn signatures, rounded reinforced spine, cycle-tested to 500 opens and closes.
What happens if I miss a night?
Nothing in the book records it. There are no dates printed anywhere, so the next page you write on is simply the next page.
What size is it?
A5, 148 by 210mm. The same trim as the rest of the line.
